Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund for paid Search Onix subscriptions. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Free plan

The Basic (free) plan does not involve any payment. No refunds apply because no charges are made.

2. Paid subscriptions — 7-day guarantee

If you subscribe to a Business or Enterprise plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided that:

• You have run no more than 3 full audits during that period, and
• You have not shared white-label or client report links on an Enterprise plan, and
• You contact us at support@searchonix.com from your account email.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

3. Renewal charges

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or charge after cancellation), contact support within 14 days and we will review your case.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@searchonix.com with:

• Your account email
• Date of payment
• Plan name (Business or Enterprise)
• Brief reason for the request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond within one business day.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless section 2 applies.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be noted with an updated date below.
