These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Search Onix website, dashboard, and SEO audit services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Search Onix. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to crawl or audit websites you do not own or lack permission to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Upload malicious code or use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Resell or redistribute reports without authorization on Enterprise plans

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are available under our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Intellectual Property

Search Onix owns all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your website content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs and content solely to provide the Service.

6. Reports and AI Output

Audit reports and AI recommendations are provided for informational purposes. Search results and rankings are influenced by many external factors; we do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes. You are responsible for verifying recommendations before implementation.

7. Shared Reports

If you generate shareable report links, you are responsible for who receives access. Shared links may expire based on your plan settings. Do not share links containing sensitive data with unintended recipients.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Onix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Search Onix is established, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
